Equipments & Security:

Each customer has fully informed themselves of the contents of this agreement by reading it before signing it.

Kayak & Co Equipment Rental and Guided Tour Kayak Agreement:

Rentals are due back no later than on the same rental date and time agreed upon. I understand that, due to unforeseen inclement weather, I may be required to return the rented equipment immediately, as required by Kayak & Co.

I am responsible for returning the equipment in the same condition in which I received it. I agree to pay in full for any repairs or replacement if the equipment is damaged or lost, and/or a retrieval fee if Kayak & Co has to retrieve any rented equipment. I also agree to make every reasonable effort to return all equipment to the point-of-rental site.

Kayak & Co is aware that water sports and kayaking are dangerous activities and acknowledge the risks involved. I understand that Kayak & Co is in no way responsible for my safety or the safety of the equipment that I am renting.

Kayak & Co understand that I must complete the Waiver and Release of Liability Form before commencing the rental agreement or guided tours with Kayak & Co. I also state that I am of lawful age and legally competent to sign this agreement. I understand that this is a contract and not a mere recital, and I agree that I have signed this contract as my own free act.

Equipment cost:

Any damage caused by the client to the equipment will be estimated once the equipment is returned to Kayak & Co's office.

Dry Bag: 5L for $15USD, 10L for $20USD, 15L for $25USD.

Life Jacket: Small for $20USD, Large for $25USD, XL for $30USD.

Kayak Nomad: $930USD (single seat). Kayak Gemini: $1,285USD (double seat).
